Coordinate power, data, and maintenance access
Electrical coordination should cover the proposed supply route, isolation arrangements, cable paths, ventilation needs, and the location of equipment that must remain accessible. These points should be reviewed with the appointed electrical contractor rather than assumed from a general power plan [6]. Set a shared installation and handover sequence

The surrounding structure should be ready to the agreed dimensions, while final display installation normally depends on suitable access, clean conditions, and protected finished surfaces. Confirm who checks the support, who provides access equipment, and who protects the screen during the remaining works.
