Indoor LED Wall Procurement Checklist
Use this indoor LED wall procurement checklist to align business goals, site needs, content, power, installation, and supplier quotations.

A clear **indoor LED wall procurement checklist** helps Singapore business buyers compare suitable fixed-display solutions without focusing only on the screen itself. Start by agreeing what the wall must do, where people will view it, and how it will fit into the building and daily operation.
SECTION / 01
1. Define the display brief before requesting quotes
Describe the room, wall location, content type, operating hours, and the audience viewing the display. Note whether the screen is intended for presentations, brand content, wayfinding, live information, or a combination of uses. Record the required display shape and approximate visible size, then identify the closest and farthest normal viewing positions. Pixel pitch should be considered alongside viewing distance and the level of detail viewers need; a smaller pitch is not automatically the right choice for every room [3]. Ask each supplier to state the proposed pixel pitch, cabinet arrangement, resolution, aspect ratio, brightness approach, and content-input method so that quotations can be compared on the same basis.

2. Check the site, installation, and operating requirements
A fixed indoor LED wall needs more than a suitable wall surface. Confirm access routes, delivery timing, mounting conditions, ventilation, nearby equipment, service access, and the location of control hardware. Ask who will verify structural requirements and how the finished wall will align with surrounding finishes. Viewing distance can also affect the perceived uniformity of the image, so request an assessment based on the actual room rather than a generic recommendation [4]. Calibration and image consistency should be discussed as part of commissioning, including what will be checked after installation [5]. Electrical coordination should be agreed with the relevant building and project teams, covering the available supply, connection location, isolation, cable routes, and responsibility for final works [6].

3. Compare quotations by scope, not just screen size
Request an itemised quotation that separates display hardware, mounting, control equipment, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, content-system integration, and any stated exclusions. Confirm the proposed dimensions, quantity of modules or cabinets, control method, input connections, installation assumptions, and documentation. Check whether the quote includes site measurement and drawings, and ask how changes to the room or content system would be handled. Procurement decisions are easier when every supplier answers the same written brief. Keep a record of open points, required approvals, access constraints, and the person responsible for each decision before selecting a proposal.
