Pixel pitch is the distance between the centres of neighbouring LED pixels. A larger pitch can be appropriate when the audience is farther away and does not need to inspect small text or detailed graphics from close range. Match the wall to content and viewing distance
P1.5 is generally worth considering when the wall will be viewed at relatively close range, or when presentations, dashboards, text and detailed visuals need to remain comfortable to read. P2.5 may be a practical direction for rooms where the audience usually stands or sits farther back and the content is designed for broader visual impact. Installation and long-term operation
The comparison should also include how the wall will be installed and managed. Both options require suitable mounting, signal planning, access for servicing and coordination with the building’s electrical arrangements. Electrical loading and connection details should be confirmed against the selected system and site conditions rather than assumed from the pixel pitch.
